How to View SOA of a Contact in BMO Inventory System Malaysia
BMO Online Inventory Malaysia allows you to generate a Statement Of Account (SOA) for each contact in the system. You will be able to view all accounts and you can easily view customer’s accounts as well as printing it out.
In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to view SOA of your contacts.
1. Firstly, go to Contacts > Contact List.

2. You will be redirected to a Contact List page. From here, click on SOA > SOA List to view the statement of account.

3. After you have click on SOA List, you will be able to view the account statement of your contact.
